“So I’ve been riding a spare for about a week. (I know, no good). I finally got paid and was able to order tires from a website. I took the tires and called around asking if anyone could put them on ASAP. I called twin tires and the guy was super nice and said absolutely, to just come by, no appointment needed. So I’m like great I’ll go after work since they’re open til 7pm (which is freakin great because everywhere else closed early) I got there and there was a little wait because of two cars in front of me. Once it was my turn the guy kept apologizing for the wait which I told him was no problem. He put my new tires on, rotated my tires, and balanced them. AND IT WAS UNDER $50. so not only I got all this done in a timely manner, but I didn’t break my limited bank. I can’t thank these guys enough for busting hump in 90° weather. My car feels better than ever!!! Thank you twin tires for the awesome service!! You have my loyalty for life!”

Communication could also be better as I find myself having to call them for updates on the work being performed/when the car is ready, versus the service adviser maintaining contact. Aside from that, no complaints. It's a pleasant experience, lounge is ok, but most importantly, I don't feel like my service rep is trying to rip me off. He's very clear about what is recommended vs what can wait. I fix everything but I appreciate that he prioritizes.”

We had bought a yearly alignment program, which is a great investment, especially for this are which is prone to potholes. This Sears Auto & the manager David is great! Please note: If you plan on coming to this place during the COVID-19, it is best to CALL AHEAD & MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also know the Newport Mall changed hours due to COVID-19, so if you want to walk the mall, while you wait for the call that your car is completed (which is usually a good idea), be sure to call ahead to the Mall for hours. I saw a few people come into the Auto Center annoyed that the Mall was closed due to having shorter hours (due to Covid-19). As for the AutoCenter - My husband and I have been here before many times and David always is very professional and courteous. Once again, a great experience! A+ service!”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was able to secure an appointment and then how fast I was in and out of the office! I thought I was only getting x-rays and would need to set up another appointment to have any procedures done but they tended to me right away! “***update! In November 2020 I came in to get an oil change service got a call from Frank Carr offering to upgrade my 2020 to a 2021 with payments being about $20 less, said sure why not! Well payments are $40 less! Also came in April 2021 to see what magic Frank could do to get my husband in to a new car with his not so good credit and he worked his magic! I cannot recommend Frank enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Had a great experience here! Every person we had come in contact with was amazing. Wayne Moon is very personable, you can tell he loves his job. He even checked in after the purchase to see how we were doing and if we had any questions.
