“Driver showed up and refused to even attempt to back the truck up to our loading dock. Have had dozens of trucks do it before. This guy just took a quick look and flat out refused. He was a complete jerk and when I called and spoke to their dispatch he wouldn't push the driver to do it. Worst driver I ever experienced. fast forward three weeks later. I had called to speak with the manager. He assured me it would never happen again and they would never send that driver. Well, sure enough today that same driver showed up with a delivery had to be loaded in our dock. He backed the truck up and no problem. He was actually a really nice guy and I’m glad he came back again so we could shake hands and clear the air. He was just really nervous about doing it the first time.”
