“I came here for an alignment on my SUV on Tuesday & manager David helped me. We had bought a yearly alignment program, which is a great investment, especially for this are which is prone to potholes. This Sears Auto & the manager David is great! Please note: If you plan on coming to this place during the COVID-19, it is best to CALL AHEAD & MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also know the Newport Mall changed hours due to COVID-19, so if you want to walk the mall, while you wait for the call that your car is completed (which is usually a good idea), be sure to call ahead to the Mall for hours. I saw a few people come into the Auto Center annoyed that the Mall was closed due to having shorter hours (due to Covid-19). As for the AutoCenter - My husband and I have been here before many times and David always is very professional and courteous. Once again, a great experience! A+ service!”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was able to secure an appointment and then how fast I was in and out of the office! I thought I was only getting x-rays and would need to set up another appointment to have any procedures done but they tended to me right away! I had a tooth extraction yesterday and feel almost 100% already today! You guys were great! Everybody in the office is super friendly and they make sure you are at ease. “after leaving the mall area we saw the traffic on 17 and decided to make a u-turn in this parking lot. However then we realized that we always wanted to check out this liquor store so we parked the car and went inside. This store has a lot of space as it's not crowded with Billy displays and has quite the selection of liquors. In fact we asked one of the people that work there if they had a specific beer that we had seen on the TV show Friends years ago and sure enough they sell it so we were able to eliminate another got-to-try beverage item on our list. We found several liquors that we would like to come back and purchase including several that were quite New Jersey.”
