This is my second vehicle purchased through Mercedes Flemington and that is because of there excellent service. I usually select the vehicle of my interest before I move forward with my visit but the vehicle was unfortunately purchased. Tom found me a nicer Mercedes for the same price. It was slightly busy on that Saturday, and Tom did a lot of running around to help everyone including other customers without keeping me waiting too long. Very hard worker. Vincent, there lead in finance did a superior job explaining exactly how the warranty works. He made great recommendations on what I should select and all the benefits included. Whenever I look for a vehicle through Mercedes Flemington, I have always requested for Ray who was there lead in finance until a recent promotion because of his excellent service. I had an quick easy and negotiable purchase from this dealership. The staff is excellent and willing to work with their buyers. They helped me get to my desired payment. Neil was a great salesman who has great patients. He helped me learn and educated me about the car before purchasing it. He is an honest person which you don’t find at too many dealerships. The finance manager worked extremely hard to get my payments where I need it to be and also included the gap insurance I need. I am a happy customer due to their great service and staff. The car was scratched up and had 3 deep scratches. Neil took care of all of it and brought me my car looking like a mirror with all deep scratches removed along with all the body’s micro scratches gone. I’m happy with my purchase and definitely will be going back to purchase my next car.
