I've been a patient with Dr. Joe for 20+ years. I suffered chronic pain from an HS sports injury to the neck area. Then, as an adult, long daily commutes and other recreational activities exasperated my condition. I credit Dr. Joe's treatment, exercise, and diet, which advocates for a vastly improved state, and now see Dr. Joe for maintenance or care as needed. Dr. Joe is an excellent chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and has always taken great care of our entire family.

Dr. Palonis is the most thorough, compassionate, and effective chiropractor I've ever seen, so much so that if he thinks he can't help you, he will refer you to who he thinks can. He is the epitome of what medical professionals should be and what is so hard to find these days. I had seen him a few years ago at the recommendation of a friend and he struck me then as the most thorough (and friendly) chiropractor I had seen thus far. I impressed with his detailed examination, history taking, and targeted approach to treating my TMJ. After my most experience with him, though, I would be completely remiss if I did not come on here and write a review. I moved away from the area and didn't see him for a few years until a recent terrible episode of severe dizziness, fatigue, blurry vision and headaches for 2 months straight. Remembering how great he was and in desperation to get my situation figured out, I decided to drive to see him again. Not only was he the first provider I had seen that really seemed to pay attention to my symptoms and think about my situation as a whole, he examined me and suggested I get some follow up imaging done to rule out anything more serious. I had already seen my PCP, and ENT, a Neurologist, gone to vestibular rehab, I was at my wits end. After all of the imaging came back normal, Dr. Palonis called me and said that based on all of the symptoms I described to him, he didn't even think he was the person who could help me the most. Instead of telling me to come in and treat me himself, he referred me to another chiropractor that specializes in soft tissue work, telling me he felt my issues were in soft tissue and that this guy could help me more than he could. I followed up with his recommendation and after the FIRST VISIT, my headaches and issues disappeared. You really know you've found an amazing provider when they truly care about your issues getting resolved and not just making money. I am forever grateful to him. Seriously, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

I came to Dr. Joe after being told I needed surgery, orthotics, and all kinds of other things. He patiently worked with me and my crazy schedule, clearly explained my "treatment" plan, and was so kind and accomodating every single time I came in. I have since relocated and unfortunately had to find a new chiropractor, but even with that process Dr. Joe took time out of his own schedule to help me find some names, and called my new chiropractor prior to my first appointment to explain what he had been doing. Further, after my appointment with my new chiropractor, he checked in with me to make sure all was going well. I could go on and on. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Joe, and I certainly don't want to forget the rest of his team too! Always so pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for such wonderful experiences the entire time I was a patient!

Dr. Joe completely changed my views on chiropractors, especially with a nursing degree. He is very knowledgeable and has had numerous wonderful ideas and suggestions for my condition. He truly cares for his patients and it shows. Wonderful staff as well.
