(November 2, 2018, 3:25 pm)Loving Club Pilates! I have a herniated disk and have been told to give pilates a try to help with strengthening my core. The classes have been the perfect workout without straining my lower back, and I'm already starting to feel a difference in my body over all!
(October 28, 2018, 11:27 am)I love the classes at Club Pilates! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I leave the studio feeling balanced and clear headed for the rest of the day!
Update 10/28/18 - 100+ classes later and I still love coming here! They have a great variety of classes: Reformer flow, Cardio Sculpt, Suspend, Restore...to name a few. The instructors are awesome! #pilatesbingo
(October 22, 2018, 6:17 pm)I have been going to club Pilates in Flemington since April. I changed my membership from eight classes a month to unlimited because I love it that much. I try to go at least four days a week. I am much toner than I have ever been. I feel much more flexible. The classes and the instructors are great.
