(November 10, 2017, 12:43 pm)Yoga Loka is a wonderful yoga studio. I recently completed my 200 hour teacher training program with Amarjyothi (Bonnie Pariser). It was a transformative experience. The teachers and students that frequent this studio create such a loving and supportive community. Amarjyothi instills a wealth of knowledge into her students and is greatly encouraging throughout the training. I was lucky enough to find this studio and feel very grateful for all it has given me.

Classes center and ground you, enhance your strength and flexibility in both mind and body, and inspire you to continue to learn more! Modifications and a non-competitive atmosphere allows individualization for the new to experienced practitioner. The healthy dose of blissful relaxation during svasana completes your experience completely!

Her teachings paired with the beautiful community that is "Yoga Loka" never fail to inspire me & bring ease to my body and mind. So much love & gratitude for this one of a kind space.
