The shop owner did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, providing good options to choose from, and not placing any pressure on me to rush into a decision. The bicycle was ready at the discussed date and time and the owner spent time with me to personalize the fit of the bicycle. At no time did I feel rushed; quite the opposite! After several 3-4+ hour rides, the fit is spot on without any issues. The mechanic did a superb job making changes that I requested and everything works perfectly. I am super happy with my purchase.
