What a great workout Would recommend this workout to anyone who likes a different fun way to exercise. Great cardio and very easy on an old body like mine. The staff is great and so helpful. The studio is so well maintained, clean and a peaceful vibe ! You will love it Try it you won’t be disappointed

The studio itself is always clean and well-maintained. I love the variety of classes offered daily, and the ambiance is always calming. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to try aerial yoga and/or expand your yoga practice.
