“If you're looking for a great kickboxing workout then give this place a try! I started there about a month ago and already see a difference in my measurements and strength. The instructors are focused to give you a great workout but also they focus on your technique as well!! I've been to plenty of kickboxing classes ex CKO, at CKO I didn't learn technique and that's what students need so you don't injury yourself. At USA karate and fitness the instructors motivate and help you out!! I'm happy I found them and it's convenient from my house which is hard to find in Hunterdon County.”
