What a wonderful bedside manner! Takes the time to explain your injury. Listens to your concerns.
I have not had much success within the past years at Mid Jersey Ortho. Dr. Decker is the best doctor to go to. Years ago he removed a cyst from my wrist, and treated my fractured ankle. I went to go see him today in regards to another issue. He explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on. He is super detailed oriented. He CARES about his patients and the way they are treated. I have never been treated better by another doctor there. I got answers instead of steroid shots... that are not helpful to me or make me feel better! I highly appreciated him today for his insights (which I hope become useful). Always has been a great DOC!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else! I wish people that work for Mid Jersey Ortho cared as much as he does about his patients.
Dr Decker and his team are very professional and are very good at what they do.
Dr Decker is soft spoken and gently explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He made my 13 year old daughter at ease quickly as he examined her ankle and explained her x-rays. He took into consideration the speed with which she wanted to heal and why by ASKING HER. He gave us the tools and the directions needed to heal her ankle. The woman who showed my daughter how to use the boot and aircast prescribed was thorough and patient as well. What a great experience!
