(April 30, 2018, 12:10 pm)I needed to store a very few things for (it turns out) a shorter period of time than expected. Not only was the staff completely responsive and kind during the research into something that would fit my huge classic car but, when it became no longer necessary to house her, they assisted me completely and professionally with the ending of my contract with no additional fees. There was an additional time when I requested to have my payment put off a day or two as auto draft and they responded that same hour and were able to accomplish that for me.
The unit itself was clean and weather proof, as described. The facility was secure with access being easy for me and available as I needed. Rebecca is the contact person and she was nothing but professional and helpful. Awesome place to work with. Highly recommend!

(May 31, 2016, 2:36 am)We recently cleared out of a long-term storage spot (originally rented by a relative) in the 'climate controlled' building. Overall, we found the place just fine -- clean, secure and reasonably well-lit. Really, it's a perfectly suitable spot to store your spare stuff with few or no worries. Just one complaint: cost. I grant you, their prices may be competitive for the area; let's face it, life in this area (Lambertville, Mt. Airy, etc.) is rather pricey. But with just a bit of driving, you can easily save 20% or more over the rates charged, here. So unless you live right in town and find that you must have quick access to your storage on a regular basis, I suggest that you do a bit of shopping around.
