“I was looking in the neighborhood for very well respected location to do business in finding a cap for my ford ranger. I found 5 surrounding me including Cap Connection. Dave and Gail that I did the transaction with couldn't have been nicer, informative, knowledgeable and professional Overall the price of the cap with installation that was included in the price, I didn't find anyone else of the 5 cap dealers I found who could not match the price of what Cap Connections priced me for a bed cap. For the record anyone in the bed cap market there cap dealings are with Jeraco, for those who have a certain preference. While they were doing the installation, they advised me of some minor issues that wasn't their fault, just the age of the truck. All in all I will be doing more business with them in the future. “George is an excellent mechanic, and an honest, good hearted man. My father started taking his cars to him about 15 years ago. I followed suit shortly thereafter, as my father had told me countless stories over the years of how honest George was with his time, and could have easily charged more, yet didn’t. Needless to say, I always had that very same experience my father had. Seems like most other mechanics in the area charge the time it takes to diagnose a problem, sometimes on a car they are learning on for the first time, sometimes adding hours of add’l labor to a bill. He’s the only mechanic in Flemington we know who proved comfortable to work on our rusty old Honda, in addition to our overly complicated BMW....and doesn’t charge the prices one might expect from a mechanic with such a dynamic skill set. I asked George once why he felt the need to be so honest, comparing him to another local mechanic in town who will remain unnamed, but who repeatedly ripped us off prior to coming to George. He replied, in short, by saying he’d rather sleep at night. FYI- This is one of only two reviews I have ever written for ANY reason, if that is any testament to how great this guy is. A real gem. “Played email tag with Victor Basile for a couple of weeks due to my poor availability. Always received a timely and positive response. Went in to look at a specific used vehicle (2015 S6)and worked with Nick Sheetz. Nick is extremely easy to work with. He was honest and upfront about our needs. We didn’t like the car we initially went to see, and then discussed other options settling in on a 2018 SQ5. The deal was easy with no haggling or issues. The price was the price and it was good. Left very satisfied and put a deposit to hold car. They provided an estimate for my trade without seeing it, and met the trade price on deal day with absolutely no last minute issues. Manager, Doug, checked in on each visit. Closed the sale with Finance Manager, Mari, who again was transparent and went through things quickly and thoroughly with no pressure to add any packages on. The whole experience was simple, fair, and easy. Good customer appreciation and good people skills went A long way.”
