“I've had the pleasure of working Tom at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Clinton twice now. The first time was when our basement flooded and we required a new water heater. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was quite reasonable. The second time was today after my water heater had to be shut down for some work being done in the basement. When I called and asked if he could do a service call, Tom said, "Well sure. But, I can walk you through the start up over the phone". Tom walked me through the start up to relight the pilot and in just a few minutes everything was back to normal and I saved the cost of a service call.
