Brookdale Hamilton

Overall I am very satisfied with the level of care my family member receives at Brookdale. The management and staff listen to any concerns and are always willing to work with me to find a solution. They get to know the residents and this is important to me.

My mother is 94 and has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 2 1/2 years now. Brookdale Hamilton is a dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility only. It is a small facility which I love. My mother enjoys the daily activity program which helps residents with their memory by answering trivia questions, playing games, doing crafts, baking, exercising etc.
A new Executive Director, Jamie Whilden was recently brought in. There are always some reservations when there is a change with management but it seems that Jamie has a grasp on what needs to be done. I had a few issues that I discussed with her personally and she quickly and efficiently took care of them. The entire staff is exceptional…. kind, caring and so much patience with all the residents.
The food is very good & well balanced and the dining room is lovely. I can visit my mother anytime I want and take her out for lunch or to my house with no problem.
I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Hamilton. It has definitely made a difference in my life and my mothers.

The whole nursing team at Brookdale Hamilton is unbelievably compassionate and care about their elders like no other. Sue, Josie and Ally are wonderful. The marketing Director Barbra is stellar!

Mom was supposed to move with us to Florida and she had bad falls and the doctor said it would not be prudent for her to take the trip to Florida. We put Mom in another facility and we were unhappy with them and she didn’t like it at all. I searched everyplace and thank goodness chose Brookdale. She could bot be safer and more content than she is now. We felt more comfortable making the move knowing Mom is in such good hands; she refers to everyone at Brookdale as her friends, because thats how they make her feel-the Nurses, caregivers and Mary the Activities Director make her feel like she is home.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my mom is getting at Brookdale Hamilton. From the Director to the Nursing Staff to the wonderful nursing aids and all the other caregivers, I will be forever grateful for the care my mom gets. She is going on 93 and is thriving in their care. It truly is a wonderful place for a loved one who needs extra care.
