Thomas Murphy: Allstate Insurance

I have been insuring through Thomas and his team from our 4 years now. They have been amazing!! Their response is always very timely and are able to fit all the needs in the policies. Would highly recommend them for your insurance needs, be it home, vehicle, personal or any other.

The prior review from a Christopher Lyonas is not an Allstate customer. This is a bogus review.

When I switched to Thomas Murphy’s Allstate Agency they sat down with me and explained all of my policies and exactly how they work. They were completely professional and straight to the point. And, they continue to reach out to me when each of my policies are ready to renew to make sure that I have what I need. They never try to sell me on something that I do not need. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Customer Service is Everything!!!
I switched from the Ewing agency because I never received the customer service that I needed and they would automatically add things to my policy without notifying me.

Very cooperative, customer friendly, answers any question with lots of patience. I'm extremely happy dealing with your staff. Available any time during work hours, no wait time. If I leave a message out of your work hours, the call will be returned in the very first hour next day.
