Hamilton Smiles: Reena Goyal, DDS

I recently moved into the area and had a dental emergency that needed tending to immediately. After going through the list of dentists who still honored my dental plan (not very many), I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Goyal. Her on line appointment website was the first step in what turned into an amazing experience. One only needs to read her credentials to understand that Dr. Goyal is a full service expert in her fields. I am so grateful that I found this amazing dentist. My family is Also thrilled with her work. Dr Goyal is now our dentist for life!!

Dr. Goyal is a kind and compassionate person. She was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment when no one else in Hamilton had an oral surgeon available. The procedure was 100% pain free and I simply love her bedside manner.

Dr. Goyal is an awesome dentist. She is very thorough in all the procedures and will ensure to make it as comfortable as possible for her patients. She respects her patients time and the wait time is minimal. Kathy the Office Manager and the entire staff at this practice are a pleasure to work with.

I was recommended Hamilton Smiles via a co worker. I needed a dentist asap and so when I got the recommendation and looked up the reviews I decided to call.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating with my schedule because I only have certain days off and was able to get an appointment right away with my availability.

The office is very clean and nice and I love the pre appointment paperwork if your a new patient that you do online in advance. I hate doing paperwork while at an office because I feel rushed and so this was easy and better for me so when I got there I just had to check in.

I’ve had two appointments and both I were a little late too and still very friendly and took me right away. A lot of places give attitudes and shame you but none of that here.

The doctor / dentist and her stay were very friendly and veryyyyy gentle with me and made sure I was taken care of. I mean really comfortable experience and so glad I got the recommendation.

Also the music in the office is good lol

Dr .Reena and her staff are just exceptional . I am super scared of doctor visits. Her assistant made sure I was comfortable and Dr.Reena listened to my needs. It was extremely comfortable and painless interaction. The Dr. And the staff all are v welcoming n have impeccable bedside manners and masters in their craft. I would recommend them to everyone .10/10 from my side.
