“I made an appointment with Bob's Auto Services to have a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I intend to purchase. Wayne was very accommodating, patient, and responsive in emails and over the phone and with email when I brought up the concerns I had about the vehicle. I wasn't able to be at the appointment myself, as I live about 1 hour away, but he called me right after the inspection to address my concerns and go over his findings. He was thorough and willing to discuss at some length questions I had. The price was a very good value for the service I received. Granted, I did not get any repairs or work done on a vehicle, but if Wayne's mechanic skills are anything like the experience I had, I'm sure it would be of high quality. 10/10 would recommend.”
