“We love the apartments, the staff, and maintenance crew. They are all very helpful and responding quickly to inquiries or issues with the apartment. The only issue we have is generally with parking...it is very difficult to park in front of the building where we live which is challenging with a toddler and newborn. It seems the complex may be trying to remedy the problem by updating parking passes and ensuring that vehicles of actual residents are indeed parked in the resident spots. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Other than the parking, our experience has been wonderful. They are high quality apartments with both a kid and pet friendly environment.”

“Exceptional service that I didn't expect!! My trash wasn't picked up yesterday. I always put it by the curb at 7:30-7:45 before work. Never had a problem. Yesterday it wasn't picked up. Not sure why. I didn't see them come by earlier. I called and they advised me to put it by the curb the night before (fine, I get it) but I still had a full load of garbage. The guy I spoke with said he would call the company and put in a request for them to come by. I got off the phone not expecting anything BUT the same day they picked it up. It was a great surprise and really appreciate the effort to help. Thanks to public works and to the garbage company.”

“ASK FOR NICOLE!! If it’s your first time getting any waxing done, I highly recommend asking for Nicole. I won’t lie waxing hurts, but she does her best to make it hurt as lil as possible. I have recommended her to many friends and family and everyone has nothing but positive things to say about Nicole. I’ve gone to several dif. People and places, but Nicole is the best wax technician that I’ve gone to by far. As for European wax center as a whole I enjoy going there and I enjoy the fact that there are pass packages. Price wise it’s basically the same price as the other salons I’ve gone to.”
