“I have been a member of this facility for many years. I joined because I wanted to lose weight, get in shape and do it on my lunch hour since I worked near by. Owner Joan Brame and her staff make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. It was what I was looking for in a gym. Smaller, women-only, women of all ages and a variety of equipment, classes and other services. I highly recommend the massage services as well. Joan and her staff are always there to support your goals. From the classes and informational programs they teach to bringing in other professionals makes this facility different from other places. In addition, there is great camaraderie among the members and the membership fees are very reasonable.”
