Ramen Nagomi

First time having Bao buns; highly recommend. Nice little tucked away spot.

This was our first time at this location after being at the New Brunswick location a few times. The food was good, but didn't blow us away. The Ramen was good, but the broth lacked something in terms of flavor. The chicken karaage was very good. Service was good and the restaurant was clean and pleasant.

Got the Winter Special Truffle Butter Ramen, flavors were bold and delicious! Noodles were tender, easily one of the best bowls of ramen I have had in mercer county.

Was craving for a hot bowl of ramen and was not expecting this level of standard for a mall ramen shop.

They use niman ranch pork and chicken broth in their ramens and the taste is so clean and umami. I had the pork shoyu ramen and every component of the ramen was not unlike ramen shops in Tokyo.

The pork belly was cooked perfectly, charred a little to provide some smokiness, the bamboo shoots were fresh ones, and the egg was cooked perfectly.

Will definitely be back for more.

This place is amazing! The server was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us recommendations and we loved what we ordered. We got both the pork and shrimp bao buns and a spicy miso ramen (definitely spicy so make sure you’re okay with that). We also got both green teas and sesame crème brûlée for dessert. We loved everything we had and were pleasantly surprised with the prices being on the lower side. Will definitely be coming back.
