Was a very safe and clean establishment for a first time in this type of environment, all of the staff and technicians were very helpful and friendly, the clinical staff was always there and on point to help you, and the real life experiences they shared was very helpful in a recovery atmosphere. Anthony A. My therapist was particularly helpful and had the spiritual mindset to help reach inside to the root of the beginnings of my mental recovery and realignment. My intake tech Gabby was also very empathetic and helpful to get me in the door and try.

My experience at Level Up was great. From the nursing staff, the kitchen staff, the techs, to the therapists and case workers. Was actually bittersweet to be moving to the next step in my recovery. Would highly recommend. Special shout outs to Silk, Matt, Abe, Larry, Anthony and Brian!

The day I came here was the worst day of my life. The staff immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Throughout my stay the staff, therapist, nursing staff and anyone else may have forgotten were top notch. I was actually a little sad to leave! If you have to get sober, this is the place. The food was amazing, everything was clean and quiet, and the group programs were informative and entertaining. Special thanks the Shea. Hope she’s your therapist!!!

I’ve learned an incredible amount about myself and what recovery means for me through the groups held here. The outreach coordinator worked incredibly hard to make sure that my next steps were going to be the best for MY recovery. All the staff works incredibly hard to ensure everyone’s needs are meet to the best of their ability and their hard work really shows. Within the groups the staff encourages involvement to learn more about clients individualized recovery so that they can work with us to make sure we are taking the steps we need. Everyday, day by day I stay sober thanks to the incredible team at we level up. I would recommend this to anyone as a first step if you are looking to begin your journey to recovery!
