“Hidden Gem! The frames of my prescription sunglasses had broken, however, the prescription was still good so I only needed get new frames. I wound up going to FIVE other optical shops before stopping at "Optique Boutique." The sales person (Charlie?) helped me look through suitable frames but nothing was fitting quite right (as at the other shops), then he took it one step further - he offered to shave down my lenses to fit the frame. Why didn't any of the other shops offer that??? It took him no more than about 15 minutes (they only needed to be rounded at the corners) and I was good to go! The frames were cute and on sale to boot! I walked out of there with proper sun protection for my eyes, a nice little eyeglass cleaner pack (thank you gift from the store) and hardly a dent to my wallet! A+ customer service.”

“My daughter typically does not want to open up her mouth to get her teeth brushed, but the staff here did a great job at getting her to open up her mouth some. They were gentle, yet quick and efficient. In addition, my daughter hugged the dentist at the end of the visit (which is unheard of for my kid!). Overall, I was satisfied with the visit and will be returning with my children in the future!”

“I love my doctor there, Dr. Kimberly Levitt She spends lots of time and listens. Warning, though, if you have United Healthcare like I do and go see an NP or PA like I did one time you may get stuck paying a specialist copay like.ondid, even though they are in network. I checked. Is assinine, but somehow the insurance companies deem the NP and PAs as specialists, and this office could apparently fix that with some paperwork, but haven't according to the front desk and insurance company, I spoke to both. So that leaves you paying a higher copay, AND they didn't notify me about this when I paid my copay for PCP prior to seeing the PA. It was only after getting a bill in the mail and making a bunch of time consuming calls that I found out why. Bottom line: love my doc, but skip the PA or NP until the office is t least transparent about what the copay really is or maybe they can actually fix it so going to an NP or PA for routine things in a PCP office has same.copay as a full fledged MD. Novel concept. American healthcare system fail.”
