This was our first time there. The staff was very helpful by showing us how to order the food. I got the H.I. Rib special. It was so good, and the corn bread that comes with it was delicious. The bar area is nicely set up. Definitely will be going back.

Glad I stopped in to grab breakfast take away. Placed the order online, it was ready on time and was prepared expertly. It was a simple order but the execution was better than when I make it for myself at home. The eggs were fluffy and not overdone, the cheese was melty and the brioche was toasted perfectly. The breakfast wrap had the same great eggs and cheese with crispy bacon and potatoes and was also grilled to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, the coffee was fresh and hot. Love the concept of café/bar/liquor store and the nostalgia of the old Hiohela.

Wow, the short ribs are really really tasty!! Lakeside pizza is great too, crispy thin bread with Prosciutto and sweet fig! Kids enjoy the waffles too! Very reasonably priced and super friendly staffs! Highly recommended!
