Went in with bubbles on ALL four tires (Bridgestone tires, [DO NOT get these, EVER]). Ruben advised that it was extremely dangerous to drive with bubbled tires and suggested to call the manufacturer to get them inspected since it was unlikely that all four tires were damaged. In the end, I had to replace all tires with a better quality/ brand, suggested by Ruben. I came in at 8AM and by 9:30AM I was on the road with my brand-new tires. As always, great job, super knowledgeable and great customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I will be coming back for car maintenance and a great conversation.

Really responsive and kind. Took my car in last minute and had an oil change done within the hour so I didn’t have to wait and could finish it during my lunch break. Checked the tire pressure for me as well.

I went to Brothers with a concerning rattling sound from my car. Other mechanics just brushed me off and said that my muffler needed to be replaced, but Brothers took their time to check the inner workings of my car. Yes, my muffler did need to be replaced, but the actual cause of the sound was from another part of the car. Reuben was so patient and he really cared about the safety of my car.
The price was cheap for all the work and care that they put into my car. This was also my third time replacing my muffler, and it was the cheapest by far. I am very happy that I found Brothers Auto Service. They have great service, great prices, and they are very genuine. I will definitely be returning.
