My cat bit me and I was beyond upset and needed a tetanus shot pronto. I called and the lovely Rosaria LoCicero answered and was so sweet and so pleasant I immediately felt better. She took the time to answer all my questions and told me to come in as soon as I could which I did. I signed in at the office and she was immediately at the door, Ellen? She had everything ready. She gave me the shot which I didn't even feel and I was on my way. I was only there for a few minutes total! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing person. I've seen her before when I needed bloodwork and she is consistently so sweet and so pleasant. She is perfect! Thank you SO VERY much, Rosaria! You're the BEST!
