We had a great experience dealing with John Emmel! We purchased our new jeep in the middle of very busy holiday schedules and John did everything he could to expedite and minimize the time we needed to spend at the dealership doing paperwork. He was always professional, yet very personable and pleasant at the same time. We are very happy with our experience, our dealings with John and most of all, our new jeep!

Newer building with all of the amenities; large "great room" showroom, wifi, vending machines, coffee/tea and during my visit BAGELS

We needed to schedule a recall service and decided to seek a relationship with a new dealership

After a delightful call with the evening receptionist "Luann"??? I received a call from the service team. Following up the voicemail I spoke to the daytime receptionist who was equally as pleasant as my chat with "Luann"

I spoke to Steve who made it 3 for 3! He answered my questions and assisted with a special request

The processing of my early morning service appointment went smooth but took a bit of time. I could see this being an issue for someone. A remedy would be the "after hours drop box" located on the side of the building near the service bay entrance

The dealership is clean, well maintained, modern and my experience was pleasant.

I went to this dealership today to buy my daughters first car and I couldn't be more than happy with the car I walked away with. My car salesman Juniors helpfulness and hospitality made my visit such a wonderful experience. Compared to other dealerships ive visited in the past with Juniors help and the staff it was an in and out experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody they truly make you feel at home.

One of the best car buying experiences, Chad the sales man was brilliant. Getting us into the car and letting us test drive without any push for the sale. Getting every bit of paperwork done smoothly. Chris the manager is top top man , he was brilliant in working a deal for me and my son which is ultimately what it’s all about at the end of the day. Chad and Chris thank you for all your help in making this a great experience for my son. As this was his first car. Anyone looking for a car in the Tri-state area. Go and speak to these two men. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and always have a great experience in every department.
The two trucks pictured are the fourth and fifth vehicle purchased here. We also have a 2020 Jeep Compass.
Everyone from sales, finance, parts, and service are outstanding and have always taken the time to really listen to questions and needs and work to provide the best possible solution. They are always straightforward and I feel go above and beyond to help.
Every time I take a vehicle in for service it is treated as if it was their own vehicle - Keith, Mark and Mick are amazing.
Peter in finance has fielded more questions from me than I can remember and always takes the time to sit and answer these questions.
Stacy and Eric in parts also take the time to answer a barrage of questions and always find the exact part(s) I am looking for.
Chad and Chris in sales have never come across as the typical car salesman. We talk, discuss what I am looking for and work to get the best deal possible. They have even told me that a vehicle I was looking at was not right (they absolutely know my tastes in trucks).
I left out a few names, but rest assured everyone at this dealership is helpful and friendly.
