Overall I was pleased with the service they provided. Although it was an extremely sad occasion, the staff went out of their way to comfort me, and provide assistance throughout the planning. Contacting the cemetery on my behalf and offering information I needed to complete my sons funeral. Thank you for making this possible and easy for me and thank you for caring so much.
My father-in-law passed away recently and had selected Murphy’s in Hamilton to handle the services. Gary Riker, the funeral director, met with us to coordinate the funeral services and viewing. Gary provided exceptional service in every aspect of the planning and execution. He was responsive and accommodating to our requests, and to our questions. He was unflappable when the service experienced an external glitch, calmly taking over and making sure the ceremony continued to proceed. It was indeed a fitting farewell to a fine, honorable veteran and deeply religious 97 year old patriarch. I highly recommend this funeral home.
