Excellent value for money. I liked the promptness and disciplined property maintenance. Snow is promptly shovelled, leaves blown and lawns mowed. Place is quiet, safe, clean. Infestation related comments in previous reviews have turned out to be pleasantly and entirely untrue, having completed an 18 month stay there. The prime reason I moved in here was the easy access to public transportation - bus stops are a 2 min walk, and both the Trenton and Hamilton train stations are a 10 minute ride/drive away (that's 10 minutes to either SEPTA or NJ Transit).
I can quibble about creaky floor boards and sound insulation not being the greatest, but there's really not a valid complaint I've had during my stay.
My wife and I would confidently recommend this place to a family that needs quick access to both SEPTA and NJ Transit.
