The building and offices are clean and comfortable (this is important to me-I prefer a more modern office but this appeared to be in good shape.) Just after completing my paperwork, I was taking into an exam room for the review with the nurse/assistant and then did not wait long for the doctor… always a plus! Dr. Punitha Shivaprasad was not only friendly and down-to-earth but also very professional and thorough in understanding my health history. She patiently answered my questions in a relaxed manner. I felt at ease. It was a pleasure to meet her and I feel I'm in good hands.”
