Kelli knows how to push me and encourage me without yelling or being aggressive, which is key for me as I don’t react well to aggression- something I’ve experienced with past personal trainers. Kelli goes out of her way to be supportive and helpful in every capacity she can. She recommends apps to use to track food and exercise and even suggests recipes she knows that I’ll enjoy.
