The front desk is absolutely amazing. They have really taken their time with me. I tend to stumble over my words and have a hard time explaining myself but, they were very patient. In that moment I really felt seen and cared for. I will be coming back soon!

Good doctors in my opinion. Everyone is especially kind. Kayla and Alija are super knowledgeable and answered almost every question I had. The office is big but not overwhelming. The front desk was extremely inviting and the tablet is very easy to use. I’ve gone to other doctor’s offices and some receptionists do not even greet you when you come in, but the front desk folk at Alliance definitely are different and make sure your visit is smooth from beginning to end. Will be back again if need be.

After many years of being unable to find a solution for my back, I have finally found the place. Being a younger guy with back problems has been tough to find solutions but alliance is definitely the place. They understand that I am still young and active and have shown great exercises to not only keep the pain away, but heal my injury. Everyone from the front desk is super polite and always start my visit with a smile which I love. Truly would recommend it to anyone!

Nico & the crew at the front desk are always amazing. Whether it’s Nico, Gabby, or any other staff member, I am greeted in a friendly manner every time I arrive and immediately feel welcomed. They always make the check in process beyond seamless and I think they are the best staff I’ve ever encountered in this line of work. If I could get them 6 stars, I would!

My grandmother went to Alliance Orthopedics for her mobility issues and said that although the orthopedic services were top-notch, what really stood out to her was the front desk staff. It’s what made her ultimately recommend Alliance to me, so that I could get treatment for my joint pain. She said there was no better way to get started with her day than to see all their smiling faces as they welcomed her in and accommodated her to the highest degree. Out of all the orthopedics places she went to, the front desk staff of Alliance was unmatched in every way. They make every interaction so pleasant. Based on her rave reviews, I will be recommending Alliance to everyone possible.
