Gold Medal Service - Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating

My experience with the installers from Gold Medal was beyond exceptional! The two installers Jarrod E. and Shane G. came to my house in the middle of a snowstorm and braved the cold weather to properly install a new Heating/Cooling system and thermostat. Jarrod was very friendly and detailed-oriented taking the extra time to explain the job to me and what programs and capabilities i now have with my new system. Shane was very experienced and knowledgeable about what he was doing, taking the time to explain how I can properly take care of my new units to prolong their life and efficiency. Both were very professional and made the extra effort to get the job done exactly how I wanted. Neither of them used the cold weather to do a half-hearted job and went above and beyond in satisfying my services needs.

Even my experience with the service agents was beyond helpful and informational before I even bought the product and services. I dealt with Matt H. and he spent multiple hours to sit down with me and explain exactly what’s wrong with my old unit, how I can improve the issues and product and services they offer to best fit my needs.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the employees of Gold Medal Services and would definitely recommend them and their services to others!

Just have to give props to Shane & Jarrod of Gold Medal. These guys are pros and workhorses at what they do! I was really impressed. They installed a full furnace system with immaculate pipe work and wiring. Thank you guys for such a great job.. A++++

I called Gold Medal after trying a couple of local plumbers whose schedules couldn't meet my service needs. Gold Medal responded immediately and a plumber was at my front door within 90 minutes. He evaluated the problem and said he would return the next day to install a new kitchen sink faucet. Arriving on time that next day, and after that successful installation he asked if he could inspect my 2 electric waters heaters in my crawl space. He determined that both were leaking and needed to be replaced and showed me pictures of both. I agreed to their replacement. Gold Medal was able obtain the necessary professional grade replacements and installed both the same day for a very reasonable and fair price. The technicians who undertook this job which took 8 hours were Mike McCabe and Mario Sosa. I cannot compliment them enough for their efforts and professionalism. Way to go Gold Medal!!!

We have used Gold medal for both plumbing and electrical and they have been very polite helpful and did not keep us waiting long. Non emergency service is usually done with in 24 hours of making the call. They are quick and get the job done in a satisfactory amount of time. They are competitive with pricing and do right when a small job becomes a bigger job. I spent $400 to fix what we thought was a clogged drain, turned out they needed to replace the sewer line and they deduced that from the total bill on top of coupons and discounts they gave us. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.
