“I can’t speak highly enough of Sari. She’s my go-to person when I reach that point when I know I need professional help to reduce my weight. My PCP recently recommended I lose 7% of my body weight to improve overall health, but of course didn’t tell me how. I figured Sari would know what I need to do, as I had consulted with her a couple of years ago. She listened, made sure she understood my goals and food preferences, and came up with an easy plan to follow that fit my lifestyle. What I appreciate most about Sari is, she doesn’t try to make me switch and eat foods that are totally different from what I like; but rather recommends similar but more nutritious options to try out. I also like how she instills key concepts without resorting to technical jargon: Instead of referring to “macros,” she emphasized having protein and fiber at every meal; to help manage portion sizes, she advised measuring foods to get an idea of portion size, and then using the “Plate Method” of distributing protein, fiber and veggies, for portion control. To reinforce our conversation, she followed-up with a summary of key points, links to nutritional resources, and an easy personalized eating plan based on my tastes to help jumpstart my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Sari to anyone looking for practical nutritional advice!”

You are properly guided throughout your exercise routine. The technicians are very focused and they guide you throughout your exercise program, while the directors are monitoring the proper way you intiate each task. “My mom goes to Dr. Waksman, the pulmonologist that is part of Pulmonary and Intensive Care Specialist of New Jersey. Besides having extensive knowledge of the pulmonary system, he exhibits very good bedside manner. For example, after examining her breathing to determine the condition of her lungs, he assisted her in stepping down from the examination platform. Not all doctors do that. Also, upon examining Urgent Care x-rays of her lungs, he was able to provide a diagnosis and appropriate treatments for her condition. Her appointment with this doctor was through, and not rushed. I would highly recommend this pulmonologist, especially to those with Diabetes (Type I or II). He is”
