I am overall very pleased with my experience with Suburban Collision of Farmington Hills. I picked this shop as it was the top ranked aluminum body repair shop in the area.

Excluding the factors out of this shop's control like parts availability and supply chain delays, Jeff and the rest of the team went above and beyond to address everything I asked of them. The repair of my sedan was high-quality and my car looks great after having struck a deer.

As long as you clearly communicate your expectations, I have full faith that this shop will conduct themselves professionally.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for what we needed. The staff was professional and kind. The female employee did mix up our accomodations and put another guest in the room that I specifically said two of my female coworkers were assigned to. I provided her names and all and still received a call from my colleagues about this at midnight. My colleagues decided to stay in a third room that was thankfully reserved, however, so it worked out. They were especially kind in the fact that I accidentally left newly purchased food in the room refrigerator when I checked out, and they kept it in their fridge until I could get it later that day. I was so grateful because they didn't have to do this.

Great service. Very impressive! Meet time line, weekly status updates, professional customer service, certified, and clean and well organized workplace, and secured facility. Highly recommend. My vehicle looks and rides like a 2021 model.
