I selected this company because they seemed to have the best deal at the time ($79 for 2 glasses and free exam). Their schedule was completely full (I had to wait over a month to get an appointment for the eye exam). But I kept checking online, and was happy that I was able to get a much earlier appointment (a week away). The staff was friendly. They did a complete eye exam (the lady who did the exam presented me with 2 other tests that would cost an extra $20, and I decided to have them done). The in-house optometrist, Dr. Saunders, is a lovely lady, very cordial, and very informative. She took the time to explain things to me. My total cost came out to $99 ($20 for the extra exams I opted for), exactly as advertised; they didn't try to up sell me. I received my glasses a little less than 2 weeks after my exam. Overall, a very good experience, and the choice of glasses was decent. I would definitely come here again.

All of the employees were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. They efficiently completed my eye exam, explained the options available for new glasses/frames, and did not try to hard sell me on a purchase. In particular the doctor took the time to explain what the tests were telling her about the condition of my eyes. This extra time and detail gave me added confidence in the quality of the eye exam. Her expert assistance allowed me to make an informed decision regarding what I needed and what I did not need.

This place is always a pleasure to visit. The prices are reasonable for someone with no vision insurance like myself. I use them for both my glasses, and contact lenses. Susan is great. She is super friendly and very personable. I would recommend this location, and Susan to anyone looking for affordable eye care, and great customer service.

I had such a great experience here, I always do, which is why this is my go to place when getting my contacts and eyeglasses. The staff are very friendly and kind, the experience is amazing, they’re always very welcoming and I always feel comfortable when coming here. I always get treated well. I’ve been to many different glasses stores all my life and I stuck with this one because it has been my favorite. Definitely recommend! Thank you America’s Best!

Big thank you to Americas Best! We are from WV and were in Florida when my husband’s rimless eyeglass lens fell out. I called Americas Best and asked if they could repair them for us…. The very helpful and friendly lady told me to bring them right in and they would be happy to fix them free of charge!!!! When I arrived at the store I was greeted with a smile. They said they could fix them within the hour. When I picked them up after being repaired Matthew told me his also replaced the nose pieces free of charge because my husband’s old ones were dirty! It was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend Americas Best in Davenport, FL!! Thanks again!
