I've been holding off on this review, because I wanted a chance to drive the car I bought for a while.
These guys were great.
Gina Rosario was my go to person there. I literally had no pressure to buy. She took her time, showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, and never pressed me into picking one. I settled on a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. I did think they could have given me more for my trade in (2006 Charger (HEMI) with 55K miles) but by the time we got down to negotiating, I felt that it even out enough.
I wasn't in a rush to buy a car, but I felt the final offer they gave me was very reasonable, so reasonable that it was hard to say no.
It's been a month and I have driven the car to Florida and back and found the car to be in good working order and fun to drive.
I would highly recommend them, and would by another car from them in a hot minute.
Go buy something.. .and ask for Gina.
I just purchased a 2020 Tacoma from here and daiana was helping me the entire time. She was always in contact with us we came back a few times and she was always ready to help us out. This is one of the best dealerships I’ve been to because of their accountability and they make their customers a priority. I’d also like to thank the manager Ben for working with us on a price we could afford.
I went to auto lounge to purchase my first car. I didn’t have great credit and I only had a certain amount I can put down as a deposit but I was still able to look at several options and make a decision. Florida helped me and she was very nice and patient with me. She asked me how much I could put down and also made some nice suggestions based off of my credit. I can say the same for everyone who helped me. I believe his name was Oz ( and I’m sorry if I butchered your name!) but he was responsible for having me fill out the DMV paperwork. He was very friendly and patient and explained every document that was presented to me. Again, I didn’t have great credit and I only had a certain amount to put as a deposit, but after looking at a few options and the help of Florida, I was able to purchase my first car!!! They have a variety of options and considering these cars are used, most of them are kept in a really good condition. I would recommend browsing at the cars that are inside the dealership. There’s 2 sections, they have cars in the entrance and then they have cars in a garage inside the dealership. That’s where the good cars are at!! I’m so happy and grateful for the patience auto lounge has shown. I feel like Florida really tries to work with her clients and is very friendly. I went home that day in my new car excited and satisfied!!
Every part of our experience at Auto Lounge was wonderful! Stephanie the receptionist took care of our appointment and answered all our questions promptly and friendly. Juan our salesman was fantastic to work with! He was not pushy but down to earth and understanding of our needs. The finance gentleman was informative, friendly and very helpful. They all stayed late and helped us drive away in our ‘new’ pre-owned vehicle. Juan even went out of his way to wash and detail the car and filled the tank. We also enjoyed looking at the luxurious car selection in the showroom (ex . Bentley, Maybach, Mercedes-Benz) while we waited. I highly recommend Juan as your salesman and this dealership overall!
