Had an MRI done here. This center is affiliated with HMH JFK Medical Center. Efficient staff, handled my testing well. No issues or complaints.
Never had a problem here with billing or their service. MRI'S were done close to schedule, the techs and admin staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with. They were actually very instrumental in obtaining our insurance company's approval after a mistake on the paperwork from the doctor's office after an ischemia stroke.
Second time here. Friendly people throughout, good Covid screening at the door. The procedure was explained thoroughly and I was made to feel as comfortable as a person could having a procedure done. Overall a good experience.
