I have sent my children to KinderCare before and during the pandemic. I am so impressed with their staff and the way they have adapted to the precautions that covid has required be implemented into the environment. The staff cares for my children and has made me feel so safe during an otherwise very uncertain time in life.

KinderCare has been fully transparent and acted with urgency to minimize risk and exposure and I applaud the swift action my center has taken during this time. I have never questioned my decision to send my children there.

KinderCare prioritizes safe sleep, redirects negative behavior in a positive way, and constantly sends updates, pictures, and details about my child's day with their app. Seeing my child develop and grow while I am able to work has been a joy and has allowed me to balance my life as a working parent. Thank you Ms. Tori, Ms. Laynae'a, Ms. Dawn, Ms. Jada, Ms. Pam and everyone else at Novi. We love you.

My wife and I are impressed with this facility to provide a safe and clean environment for our son to socialize with other kids his age. It was a very tough decision to put him into "school" during the pandemic, but realized that Novi Kindercare provided one of the best environments for us to feel at ease. We are very happy with the staff, they are responsive and genuinely show they care about what they do.

This is a five-star center! Highly recommend it.

Our older kid has been attending Novi Kindercare for 3 years from toddler to preschool to pre-K. Our younger kid has been attending Novi Kindercare for 1 year, from infant to toddler. Novi Kindercare has the just right teachers for each and every class. We have very positive experiences with all the teachers there. My older kid's "favorite teachers list" keeps growing as she moves up to every new class. She even asks to attend 7 days a week because she enjoys going to "school" so much. The preschool and pre-K class (now combined) are very creative at teaching - my daughter has learned a lot there. The infant and toddler room teachers are very patient and loving - my son is always happy at drop off and pickup. It seems like all the teachers know every kid - no matter if he/she is in their class or not - by name! This is a very welcoming action and shows us how the teachers care about every kid in the center.

Novi Kindercare has very good management. The center director and assistant director respond to email/message timely. We once worked with them to deal with some specific issues, and their responses/actions are timely and satisfying.

During the pandemic, Novi Kindercare is taking active measures to keep the center safe and clean. Our kids have been back there since July, and have been perfectly healthy all the time.

My son has been attending KinderCare Novi for the past year and a half and I think it’s the best decision I could have made for him. He needs the social interaction with his peers and he gets that and so much more. He is now 5 years old and has learned so much in such a short amount of time. He loves when it’s time to go to “school.”
Even though we are currently living in uncertain times, I feel comfortable dropping him off every day. The center is very clean and the staff keeps everything thoroughly sanitized daily. The teachers and staff wear their masks and/or shields all day. At drop off, I check my son’s temperature, we both sanitize our hands, and then he is escorted in by Miss Laynae’a who always welcomes him in with a big warm smile. All of the teachers and staff are nice and genuinely care about the children’s well being and safety. Many thanks to Mrs. Tori and all the teachers and staff. Please keep up the great work! 😊

My 2.5 Y/O daughter goes to school here and absolutely loves it. She’s learning so much and socializing a ton, it’s been so good for her. When she started she was hardly talking and now she’s talking a mile a minute. Every month they have a new topic that they’re learning about and she being home all kinds of art work pertaining to the topic. The teachers are all wonderful and genuinely care about your child and family. They are really great about working with us as parents if something is going on within the home or if we or my daughter have any special needs. They also have periodic parent teacher conferences and that is super helpful as far as tracking your child’s progress emotionally, mentally, and physically. We love Kindercare!!
