  My first time having to use an attorney and the beginning process was a nightmare. The first few attorneys were very discouraging and didn’t give me hope. Since my real name is on here, I don’t want the reader to think this was a criminal case. This was a 3+ cell phone offense. I was told by the courts prosecutor; 6 points, 600-800 fine plus surcharge and license suspension. I want to rely this experience with anyone else out there that has this same issue within the Williams network — that they can absolutely count on William to help you. My result was downgraded to careless driving, and 200 fine, court fee and 2 points. Those 2 points will get knocked off as soon as I’m done with a defensive driving course. I might have to deal with a premium boost on car insurance, but compare to the original consequence — I am not complaining. In my situation, that’s a Win. Everyone’s fight is different, but you can definitely count on W.P to fight with you against the court. Good luck and lay off the phones.

  Mr. Proetta is great lawyer, he know exactly what he is doing. I was stuck in this criminal case, but he took this case seriously and did a great job. He was always following up with the court with prosecutor, answered my all queries cleary and up to the point. Whenever i texted him or called him he responded me on the same day.
  He told me once that "I will get you out of this don't worry" that day I was like man he is a superman for me.

  I have suffer active addiction for over 16 years of my life. During my drug and alcohol abuse I got arrested in Edison New Jersey in 2010 for DWI, DUI, rekless driving, speeding 109mph, not having a driver license in position, unsafe lane change etc.. right after a year of my arrest I got sober and clean in 2011 dec 15. Button line is I was afraid of facing the charges thinking of that i will be sent to jail for long time. My brother encourage me to hire an attorney and start takeking responsibilities particularly in NJ for the DUI and DWI - now it’s 2017.
