Roto-Rooter was one of the first companies to pop up on Google when I was in a bind with a leak under my kitchen sink. Although a bit difficult to get in touch with and communicate with (some of which could have been on my end), every person I spoke with was incredibly kind, responsive, and polite, especially the two repairmen Angel and Aladdin who fixed the problem extremely quickly. If I ever need plumbing help again (although hopefully I don't!), they'll be my first call. Highly recommend.

Roto Rooter ROCKS! We had a septic backup that was supposedly “fixed” by another company, but the floor drains all flooded again a day later. Roto Rooter responded right away, and sent a master plumber out within an hour. Mark was AMAZING! Efficient, skilled, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. We went from standing septic water on floors, to clear and clean in less than an hour. With super cold weather coming un, I was concerned about pipes freezing. House is safe now! With a six month warranty on the work. (Wish we’d had that from the first company we called!) Mark is my hero. I’ll be recommending Roto Rooter to everyone now. Roto Rooter: GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Great service! Extremely professional and timely! Jake, Mike, and Saul were amazing to work with. They communicated clearly and got our issues resolved over a weekend. Local companies can’t touch them! We will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family and will use their services again!

Excellent service I was able to get my drink cleaned the same day. Kelly the technician was on time he explained everything trying to do the easiest thing first and then got the job done it took a total of 45 minutes.
However I was not able to get even a bar park estimate on what it cost to clean out a drain. The booking people leave it up to the technician when they show up to do the estimate. Kelly stated that all drain cleaning start at $449.00 Then offered me half price?
I get it there was no trip charge but for 45 minutes worth of work it seemed a little pricey.
