I have been suffering from sciatica and lower back pain for years. I had tried PT (in a group setting), epidurals, and acupuncture until one day almost a year later the pain got so bad I had to opt for an emergency surgery - a laminectomy, discectomy, and spinal fusion L5/S1. 8 weeks after surgery I was referred by a colleague to see Dr. Basra. Had I met her before surgery, I may have been able to avoid surgery. She works on you one to one and actually cares about you! While this is her job, it is not about how many patients she sees and money. She truly loves what she does and I feel better with each passing day. Her guidance is on point! Thank you Dr. Basra! ❤️
This is by far the best place to go for head injuries! The pt’s are great the office is clean and comfortable! And I left better then I came . Opt-2- Heal is the place to go if you want to feel better!
Went to Ritu with shoulder, neck, and hand pain/ three treatments later - all pain is gone. Exercises that she gave me to do work well.
She’s courteous, extremely knowledgeable, caring and listens. She wants you to get well and to learn how to maintain good health and posture.

I have had very bad neck issues and have been going to Ritu for the past few years. She is AMAZING! Heals me in like 2 visits. Ritu is the best therapist I know! She actually cares about her patients and wants to heal them fast.
