Apollons Bare Knuckle (non-stim) pre workout is as top quality as it gets. Keeps my energy through the roof and pump lasting throughout a long workout. I follow this up with their Enigma (post-workout recovery) which keeps me feeling energetic the entire day. The best part of this combination - NO CRASH - which is huge for me because I work long days after my workout and need good sleep afterwards.

For starters if you don't workout at Apollon and you live in close proximity to the gym please do yourself the favor of stepping foot in an old school gym, it will change your life. There are people training there that you can actually ask for a spot and not be afraid the weight will come crashing down on you. People that are actual fighters or pros. The owner Rob himself is an accomplished fighter who refuses to stop training or challenging himself. Now, as for the supplements I have never taken better supplements. The banana protein has become a staple in my everyday life (Love it in my Oatmeal) and I have never had a protein that tastes exactly as the fruit or flavor it's supposed to be. Just recently I began taking the Enigma which is an intra/post workout supplement and I already feel a lot better from over training (Lifting/BJJ). The BCAAS coconut lime flavor is freaking amazing the only one flavor I've tried so far and anyone who trains knows the importance of taking BCAAS. I have not yet tried the rest of the supplements but I will leave a review if I do, I keep reading amazing reviews regarding the fat burner. If you're looking for a no BS gym where everyone respects one another and there is a wealth of real knowledge and experience go there. The staff and members aren't just approved by some certificate they're approved from their accomplishments. A gym that gives free memberships to Vets is a true American culture that seems to have been forgotten to most.

The best nutrition products hands down. From the most potent fat burners, to the most bad ass pre workout, to the best intra and post workout products like Chainsaw (get the blue one) and Enigma. Top quality protein. Top quality products, the results speak for themselves. Once you try Apollon Nutrition products you won't go back to your second rate products ever again.

A real lifters gym that promotes hard work and intensity. Don't be offput by the rugged look and the monsters that walk around, everyone is super friendly as long as you show you can work hard. Supplements are incredible as well. The post workout shakes are head and shoulders above anything I've ever had anywhere else. Cannot recommend this gym or these supplements enough. Rob, the owner, is an awesome dude who trains alongside his members. Highly respect leaders who lead from the front like that. Class acts all around. If you want to make progress and live in central NJ or anywhere in NJ for that matter, come train here.

Apollon nutrition is, without question, unrivaled in terms of quality, potency, and effectiveness. It also helps that the company is family run and operated - their business practices directly reflect who they are on a personal level. I highly recommend anyone who is serious about being an athlete!
