The Tile Shop

Today was a great visit to the tile shop. We worked with Luanne for hours. She was outstanding and professional and helped us with finding our vision for our new bathroom. We are so excited now, and no longer stressed.

We used The Tile Store for a bathroom renovation and found a great selection at good prices. Luanne helped us every time we visited the store and she could not have been more helpful! Luanne helped us to coordinate the tile in the bathroom not missing a detail!
I will definitely use the Tile Store and Luanne for future projects!

We are renovating a 3/4 master bath after 35 years. I didn't know where to begin. My son-in-law recommended that I visit The Tile Shop in Edison as he made huge purchases with them and was very pleased. I am beyond overjoyed that he pointed me in the right direction. My husband and I walked into the shop and were immediately greeted by Luanne. I told her what I was looking for. Luanne took her time to create the exact look I was seeking. She was conscious of our budget which is very unusual in today's market. Luanne was patient, knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for a gorgeous selection of tile and flooring with outstanding customer service, I would recommend you go straight to The Tile Shop in Edison, NJ. You will not be disappointed.

After two other stops, I entered the store feeling overwhelmed about redoing my bathroom and unsure if I was going to be able to put together something I truly liked. When I got there I was greeted by Rebekah who was SO friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. She told me the layout of the store and gave me time to browse. They have a big selection and unique choices. She came to check in with me and found me carrying a floor tile I liked. She took it from me and helped me look for the wall tiles. She asked me questions to see what I wanted while offering ideas. Rebekah showed me the most AMAZING tile to use as a back accent wall that I fell in live with. I had not seen anything like this in other stores or on Pinterest. When she put it by the floor tile I was amazed how good it looked. She rounded out the design by helping me find the perfect tile for the rest of the walls too. I couldn't believe that I went from being overwhelmed and unsure to having the PERFECT bathroom design in 45 minutes. She helped me design something that is totally me. She created a sheet listing the products and their pricing, but never pressured me to purchase. I am so thankful for Rebekah not only being amazing at putting together beautiful design ideas that reflected what I wanted, but also for being so friendly and enthusiastic. You can tell she really loves her job and is GREAT at it.

Linda is the best. She help us alot, made the entire process as painless as possible. Tile shop focuses on 1 customer at a time, so if your in a rush, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE! They make sure that each customer has their full attention.
