We had an extraordinary experience at Ember Fireplaces.
We are shopping for a fireplace to be installed in a vacation home outside Ember's service area. Since Ember Fireplaces is convenient to our primary residence, we went there to do research.
We made it clear on two visits we were on a fact finding mission for a job out of their territory. A different sales associate took the time to educate us on each visit. We left the second visit with printed copies of the specs for the units we are considering, plus the the names of two authorized dealers in the area of our vacation home we can order the units through.
After thanking them for spending time with us for a job outside their territory, the gracious response was that they were paying it forward.

Dominique was an absolute joy to work with. She was very patient and answered all of our questions, which were probably very silly since this was our first time shopping for a gas fireplace! As we knew next to nothing about fireplaces and exactly what we were looking for, we were asking for pricing on different options and configuration, but everything was met with a smile and enthusiastic attitude, she guided us through the process and was very informative. I was so impressed with the overall service and they delivered on exactly what was sold! I would give them 6 stars if that were an option and I will be recommending them to my friends and family!
