“I was sad when i read these reviews, I also heard that his ex-partner rigged all of these negative reviews. Well, onto my experience. I used Water Mechanix at my house and for my business. Here i will be sharing my residential experience with them and I will post another review from my work account to review my commercial experience with them, both were completely different. Two times during the last quarter of 2017 I was away on vacation and my wife called me telling me that we had heavy duty major sink leaks. One time for my kitchen and one time for my slop sink, total disaster when i was away. We linked up with Mike from our mutual friend Bob Major Heating and Cooling. Mike showed up and saved the day for my wife BOTH times, within hours of calling. Super professional and nice, operated respectfully with no 'man' in the house. Made everyone feel comfortable Charged a fair price and tested all the work he did. To this day both of those sinks are having no issues. He then followed up to make sure everything was OK a few days later. His response time was just what we needed. My first two experiences with this company was positive. He was referred to me from within my network, the person who referred him would never work with anyone who did bad work. I can personally say you can trust this company and check out my next review from my commercial account , Duct Dudes. Water Mechanix saved the day!”

“The best place in New Jersey to find the most amazing and unique designs. The staff are so sweet and have lots of patience. I even spoke to management and they are very very good. They know the value of customers and they show that in every word they speak. I actually have to tell an incident that happened to me over here. I forgot my mangalsutra in their store and got back home. I have been searching it in all other places but I never even thought or even got a doubt that I would have left it there. It’s been a month and am still calling places like my baby’s daycare , parlor etc. one day staff called me and asked me if I lost something and reminded me of this. They were so kind to trace me out watching cc cameras all day. I am really thankful to each and everyone there. Having said that, the jewelry I got is getting lot of compliments within my community for its uniqueness and quality. Kudos to you guys. Keep rocking ????”
