I took Brigitte’s EFT workshop for emotional baggage after having years of exploration in self development and recently diving into energy work. Knowing about the concept of EFT but not much else, I left the workshop with a new tool in my box that I’ve been using daily. Brigitte genuinely delivered a thorough explanation of what EFT is, breaking down how it works and how we have the ability to break through what’s blocking us. The workshop was intimate and personal. The hands-on tapping portion of the workshop brought me to a release I was not expecting and taught me how I can practice EFT in my everyday life. This work is magical. Grateful to Brigitte and Innate Living for hosting this important class and would recommend every person experience it themselves.

Dr. Tom is thorough and knowledgeable, and the office atmosphere is upbeat and family-friendly. His staff is efficient and helpful. I look forward to my visits, and the best part is that I'm feeling better than I have in years!

I started seeing Dr. Tom about 3 months ago. He is by far the best chiropractor I have been to. Not only is he great at what he does, just going into the office can put you in a good mood. Everyone is so happy and friendly. Appointments are really easy to make (even last minute).
