It’s a nice place to live. Clean and well maintained property. The staff is very responsive.

I love my new duplex apartment. The modern, spacious interiors and quality stainless steel appliances are beautiful and functional. The leasing office staff, building super, contractors and property manager were extremely helpful. They worked as a team to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and Stacey was a huge help! She answered all of our questions, we had a lot, and our new place is amazing! Such a wonderful and pleasant experience.

From the moment I met Stacey the leasing agent, I felt I was home at Monroe Place. This has been a huge transition for my family and she and the entire staff have been accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. It is a beautiful, quiet community with nice finishes and amenities.

We toured today and the duplex apartments are huge and really nice. I want to live here!!
