“This is my first visiting this place and I'm very pleased. The entire staff is very friendly and pleasant from the front desk nurses to the bedside nurse. There was a short wait and there were no issues with my insurance. Dr. Yuan is amazing. She was so informative and comforting throughout the entire process. She realized I was nervous and comforted me with nurturing words to ease me into the process.
