She explained how they should fit and if I chose well fitting frames, I could wear them and and just by tilting my head down see far w/o having to take my glasses on and off. She went thru how to care for the frames as well and to come back if the arms loosen up and they would tighten them for free. I enjoy high intensity workouts, being pushed and high energy from people working out with me as well. I have done some classes with Ajani and I can say I really love it. The trainer is knowledgeable with 20+ years of experience and motivating. The workouts are intense which was what I was looking for, but he also makes some modifications to those who need it. It is great to have an experienced trainer there motivating you to do your best and guiding you through the group workouts. The group is not that large so it’s good because he can still have sufficient individual focus. He has also been very supportive, flexible and available to answer my questions. I am excited to continue my journey and really hope more people find out about his classes!!!”

However when I entered there were at least 4-5 people waiting and socializing and not wearing a mask. After completing a form, I left to wait in hallway. I told receptionist why I would wait in hallway, and that they need to enforce their mask policy.”
